If you’re like me, well, you’ve never really parallel parked. Where I live it’s not really necessary. When I try to do it I look like an idiot as well. However, Toyota and BMW are coming out with cars that parallel park themselves! Pretty cool huh? I even found a video of it on someone else blog. How it works is when you drive by the prospective ’spot’ it scans the width between the two cars and determines if it’s possible, after it determines that, using it’s sensors, parks your car for you while you.
